I'm not done with the Dresden Play quilt top yet, and I have my May UFO waiting to be finished, and I have 3 tops waiting to be quilted that I finished this year, and I'm looking at these colors and wondering if they would make a good Double Wedding Ring. That is another quilt I've wanted to make for a long time, and maybe I can figure out how to make these fat quarters work.

Oh my - I look at those and see some liberated quilting! I think a double wedding ring would be beautiful too!
Dear Mary, thank you for visiting my blog and everything you explained me about "Stack and Whack". I found all those translations but they didn't made sense for me. Now I know a little bit more, thank you. I looked through your blog and must say, your patchwork and quilting is another dimension. Especially your kaleidoscope blocks! I've never seen something like this before. So amazing! I read, that you are going to learn german and of course I read your german comment. Really good, I hope my english is as well, too. Ich habe mich ein bisschen durch Deinen blog gelesen und muss sagen, Dein Patchwork und Quilting ist aus einer anderen Dimension! Besonders Deine Kaleidoskope-Blöcke sind so beeindruckend, so etwas habe ich noch nie gesehen. Ich habe gelesen, dass Du Deutsch lernst und Deinen deutschen Kommentar habe ich natürlich gelesen. Nun hoffe ich, dass mein Englisch eben so gut ist.
