Yesterday it was 70 and sunny, here is the scene outside my window this morning. Living in the mountains is never boring. We had the "fruit basket" weather prediction yesterday...rain, hail. snow, thunderstorm, high winds, tornadoes...I think the fire danger is down a bit though.

Oh my. I'm going to stop whining about our never-ending rain in the Pacific Northwest. A little rain is better than a lot of snow!

Wow. Beautiful picture. Did you get to stay home and enjoy it while it all melted? (I miss the Colorado "snow days" and 2-hour delays.)
I just browsed through all the quilts in the little slideshow thingy you've put in your sidebar. What beautiful creations you've made! Even the so-called Ugly Stack & Whack (or whatever it was) was a work of art.
You can never tell what the weather is going to do. Last week we were in the upper 30's in the mornings, now it is 70 in the mornings.
