Slow progress, but I still like it. I decided that instead of moving from light to dark in the sky, I would keep it one color and just add clouds. I like the way it is looking. I need to decide if I'm going to add "leading" to make it look like stained glass. What do you think? The one on the right I just drew lines on in paint, but it gives the idea of leading. I have 1/4" bias tape to use if I want. The top bit is going to be one both along with an outline of some sort.

I really like the addition of the leading. But, I'm a real fan of stained glass style quilts.
Well hi Mary! You have been busy. I LOVE it with the 'leading'....it really sets it off and looks like a stained glass window. Being that this is for church makes it even more appropriate, I think. This is just gorgeous.
I think the leading looks spectacular - but I do (or have done) stained glass, so I'm partial to that style. It looks beautiful.
I think they both look good but there is something a little extra with the leading.
The leading really adds to it. I like the definition it gives.
Great banner. I love it with the painted leading; don't see that you need to use bias tape.
I love the one on the right!! Beautiful!
I love stained glass also, so I prefer the look with the leading. By the way, it looks beautiful!
